Refund policy

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason and without a justification. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping fees are covered by the buyer unless agreed differently.

Please note that returns will need to be sent or personally delivered to the following address: VILLOU, Sodų str. 3a, Vilnius, 01313, Lithuania, or to the nearest Omniva or DPD postbox. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged during delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A defect of an item can be fixed or changed to a new item if possible. 
Shipping fees for defective items are covered by the seller.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Individual, customised orders or personalised items are not returnable according to Lithuanian Civil Code art. 6.228:
contracts for goods manufactured according to special instructions of the user, i.e. i.e. goods which are not pre-manufactured and which are manufactured according to the user's personal choice or instruction, regardless of whether the goods have started production or not, or for goods which are clearly tailored to the user's personal needs.

Please note that VILLOU does not accept returns on sample items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
